Join us September 25th at 10:30am at Ivy’s Secret Garden for the first ever B&C Book club! This is our first month active, so I wanted to pick a new book with a lot of buzz.

Malibu Rising by Taylor Jenkins Reid is the story of four famous siblings who throw an epic party to celebrate the end of the summer. But over the course of twenty-four hours, their lives will change forever.

Published in 2021, this novel is Taylor Jenkins Reid’s 7th, following the success of Daisy Jones & The Six and The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo. This book has been described as a fun, gossipy beach-read, but if I know TJR, she is going to have us glued to the page from start to finish. I mean, this book has a 4.2 on Goodreads and was only published in May, so clearly there is hype.
